Achieving Body Language by HADASSA (WING GIRL)

Advanced psychological study discovered that non-verbal communication dominates are normal interaction with others. Whether someone’s just lost their job, or if someone won the lottery, you can tell by observing their body language as your body language reveals more about your internal emotional state of mind.

Applying this to picking up women means that you should pay attention as to what you are non-verbally communicating across. To make sure your body language tells her that you are an alpha male, follow these key rules:

1. Make sure all your movements are meaningful. Look at successful people and notice that there’s rarely a reason for you to rush nor try to impress anybody. To imitate this move through the room doing what you want; lead and assume that others will follow.

2. Body position. Your arms and legs should be spread out. Make sure you make full space of the area around you.

3. Verbal communication should have a calm, soothing, and dominating effect. Avoid from speak too fast or strain your voice.

4. Your face. Do NOT frown or wrinkle your eyebrows. Keep the facial muscles relaxed and avoid from tensing your jaw.

5. Keep the shoulders relaxed as if you’ve just finished a massage. Raising your shoulders gives the impression that your nervous.

I cannot emphasize enough that body language is more important than anything you can say. Without the correct body language it doesn’t matter what you say because you wont succeed with women. Imagine telling a woman you like a story that grabs her attention and conveys you as an alpha male but your shoulders are tense, arms folded and no eye contact then it communicates that your nervous.

I’ve known many of my own students who have picked up women before solely through their body language. Just recently I took a student to a local starbucks. I instructed him to rest on the couch, arms spread out, with put his feet up on the table. The mindset I wanted for him to convey was that he felt so comfortable that it was as if I were he was at home on his won couch as if he owned the place. This resulted in girls sitting around him to stop what they were doing and engage in conversation with him. IF an attractive girl does start a conversation with you that always assume that she is attracted to you! Women will not risk the dynamics with the opposite sex unless they feel some attraction. Through the body language, the women will initially be attracted to you and are more likely to engage in conversation with you.

Obviously your body language isn’t enough. You also must have an internal alpha male mindset that’s consistent with your body language however, if your body language conveys confidence, then your mind will also shift to become more confident and puts you in great stead to number close an attractive woman.

Overall make sure that you are in the mindset of an alpha male and your body language will follow. Don’t be afraid to be in a woman’s personal space and be sexual and interested in her, but refrain from being seen as needy or seeking her attention; Just be natural and comfortable and you will begin to enjoy yourself.

   Hey cool post Hadassa,
   When I’ve visited England – I could be on a train and in a totally chillaxed position and can see the attraction generated by the girls around. Of course in other cities (eg Washington, Toronto, San Francisco, Calgary, Sydney, Canberra, Wellington, Singapore) and venues a woman might be aware but is in no way compelled to do or say anything.

   So is this a universal thing or something specific to England to compel a woman to actually approach a man.

   Wing girl Eleanor mentions spotting a man with distinctive body language from across a room in an earlier post + Kezia’s book also makes significant emphasis on this in order to stand out.
